Do you charge commission?
No. EasyDine charges 0% commission on your orders — you pay a fixed monthly plan fee instead. Standard card processing fees from Stripe (typically around 1.5%–2.9% + 20p per transaction) still apply to online payments, the same as they would with any payment provider. Cash and in-person card payments aren't affected.
What are the options for domain and hosting?
Domain registration and hosting are included free with every plan — we register and manage the domain for you, and the cost of renewal is covered by your monthly fee, so there's nothing extra to pay or remember. If you ever leave EasyDine, we'll help transfer the domain to you or your new provider.
How does the restaurant get paid?
You can accept cash or online payment via Stripe. Online payments are paid out to you directly from Stripe, on Stripe's normal payout schedule.
Who owns the customer data?
You do. All customer data belongs to your restaurant.
Is it suitable for small restaurants?
Yes. EasyDine is built for independent restaurants, cafés and takeaways of any size — from a single counter to multiple locations.
Are there contracts?
